Featured Listings
The Tourism Nanaimo website has seen an increase of almost 6,000 visitors in the last year. We now average between 9,000 and 10,000 unique visitors a month. The top three pages viewed were Accommodation, Dining, and Transportation. The runner-ups included Things to Do, Shopping, Outdoor Recreation, and our Calendar of Events.
When a visitor searches for “Nanaimo,” chances are they will visit the Tourism Nanaimo website. Wouldn't it be nice to have your business be the first listing that the visitor sees? Even better, wouldn't it be great for your listing to include your company's website and directions to your location?
On the Tourism Nanaimo website, your Featured Listing will appear at the top of the page that is most appropriate for your business. Featured Listings are randomly re-sorted periodically to give all members equal time at the top of the page. Also included with a Featured Listing is the ability to upload unlimited text about your business, 5 pictures, a link to your website, and access to Google Mapping, which provides directions, interactive maps, and satellite/aerial imagery.
Featured Listings are currently available for businesses that fall under the following categories: Accommodations, Dining, Transportation, Retail Vendors, Art & Cultural Vendors, Entertainment Vendors, Tour and Outing Guides, as well as Activity and Entertainment Operators.

$25 for one month$125 for 6 months (receive one month free)
$250 for a full year (receive two months free)
