Event Equipment Loan Application

If you are interested in participating in the Community Event Loan Program, please download and print the Community Event Equipment Loan Form. Complete the form in its entirety, and drop it off or mail it to the Tourism Nanaimo office at 2290 Bowen Road, Nanaimo, BC V9T 3K7. You can also fax the application form to (250) 756-0075.
