Community Event Equipment Loan Program
The Community Event Equipment Loan Program is sponsored by the City of Nanaimo's Parks, Recreation and Culture department, Tourism Nanaimo, and PacificSport Vancouver Island. This initiative is designed to provide local event organizers with affordable tools and equipment in order to help them host a successful event here in Nanaimo.

If you are hosting an event and would like to take part in the Community Event Equipment Loan Program, simply download the equipment loan application form, and fill it out in its entirety. When you have completed the application form, please drop it off at the Tourism Nanaimo Visitor Centre or mail it to Tourism Nanaimo, 2290 Bowen Road, Nanaimo, BC V9T 3K7. You can also fax your application to (250) 756-0075.
