Want to get your voice heard in an easy-to-use format? Then sign up for a blog with Tourism Nanaimo! Registration is fast, and involves just a few short steps:
- Click Register for a Blog. This takes you to an online form where you choose a name and password for your blog, and enter your contact information. This is the only time you need to fill out a form, and it should only take a few moments of your time. Please note: any information you provide is collected by Tourism Nanaimo with the sole intention of ensuring quality and security. We will not use or share your personal information. - Once you've submitted your application, you'll be sent an email asking for verification of your email address. Just click on the link provided in the email, enter your validation code in the space provided, and your application will be sent to our administrators.
- Your blog application will be pending until you receive an account activation notice in your email inbox. This will include your username, password, and a link to your brand new blog.
- Click on the link to your blog and start writing!
Once you've got your blog up and running, you will see that entries are organized by category. This makes it easy for users to find posts on topics that are of particular interest to them. You can check your blog stats, see what other people have to say about your posts, upload pictures, and optimize your blog for search engines.
